Welcome to Recoonme. These Terms and Conditions of Use ("Terms") govern your access and use of Recoonmeand all related services (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.If you disagree with any of the Terms, please do not use the Service.
2. Use of the Service

You must use the Service responsibly and comply with all applicable laws and regulations. You may not use theService to:
Upload, post, or transmit any content that is illegal, defamatory, obscene, fraudulent, invasive of privacy,offensive, or infringes on the rights of third parties.

All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by Recoonme.

Recoonme grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use theService and its Content for personal and non-commercial purposes. You do not have permission to copy,distribute, transmit, publicly display, or create derivative works from the Content without the express writtenconsent of Recoonme.
Prohibited Actions: You may not, under any circumstances, copy, modify, or create derivative works of theService’s software or Content, whether for personal or commercial purposes, unless explicitly permitted by Recoonme.

Your access or use of the Service, or inability to access or use the Service.
Any conduct or content of third parties on the Service, including offensive, harmful, or illegal behavior.
Unauthorized access or use of our servers or any personal information stored therein.
Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Service.
Any bugs, viruses, Trojan horses, or similar elements transmitted through the Service.
Errors, omissions, or any loss or damage from the use of any Content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwisemade available via the Service.

6. Termination
Recoonme may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service at any time, for any reason, andwithout prior notice, including but not limited to violation of these Terms.Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. Any provisions of these Terms that bytheir nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to intellectual property provisions,warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

Recoonme is committed to protecting your privacy and handling your data in compliance with applicableprivacy laws, such as the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Your personal data will be collected,processed, and stored as detailed in our Privacy Policy.
User data: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activitiesthat occur under your account. You agree to notify Recoonme immediately of any breach of security.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Recoonme, its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, andagents from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of:
Your use of the Service.
Your violation of these Terms.
Any content you upload or share on the platform.
Your violation of any third-party rights, including but not limited to intellectual property or privacy rights.
9. Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting Recoonme at hello@recoonme.com. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of a recognized arbitration institution. The arbitration shall take place in Luxembourg, and youagree to waive any right to participate in class-action lawsuits.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Luxembourg, without regard toconflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively inthe courts located in Luxembourg, and you consent to personal jurisdiction and venue therein.
11. Force Majeure
Recoonme shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform resulting from causes outside its reasonablecontrol, including but not limited to natural disasters, extreme weather conditions, war, terrorism,government actions, strikes, failures of third-party services, or disruptions in internet ortelecommunications infrastructure.
12. Third-Party Services
Recoonme relies on certain third-party service providers to offer the Service, such as payment processors orcloud hosting providers. While Recoonme strives to ensure the reliability of these services, Recoonme shall notbe held liable for interruptions, errors, or damages caused by such third-party services.
13. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any additional legal terms provided by Recoonme, constitutethe entire agreement between you and Recoonme regarding the use of the Service, superseding any prioragreements between you and Recoonme.
